Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Road Transportation organization is accepting online applications for the Transportation Analyst position. The Road Transportation team manages North America Carriers and Third Partly Logistics Providers for Americas Products.
Candidate will be required to regularly interact with the Road Transportation Team. Responsible for conducting transportation and financial analysis including carrier spend and performance, market analysis, and decision analyses. Responsible for providing analytical and business process/workflow optimization to the Road Transportation organization. This position requires daily interaction with peers and stakeholders, strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Analyzes road transportation spend and carrier performance. Develops insights and recommendations to Road Transportation team to make sound and quick decisions to improve cost and reliability and optimize deliveries to customers.- Prepares reports, commentary, and presentations to support specific recommendations.
- Develops transportation cost reporting and insights for customer recovery process.
- Effectively communicates and captures data from internal and external business partners to support Road Transportation
- Manages and maintains Road Transportation Data and Insights Dashboards
- Creates new key performance indicators (KPI) and benchmarks to meet business needs for competitive performance. Advise Road Transportation Leadership team on appropriate use of relevant indices, benchmarks, frameworks, and decision-making models.
- Supports Transportation Management Specialist in carrier performance scorecard reviews.
- Provides general support to Road Transportation Team to identify and recommend analytical process improvements.
- Any other special project support (e.g., transportation optimizations project)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree on Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Strong User of Power BI, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master´s Degree
- Knowledge of data modelling, analytics and simulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with various business analytics and reporting tools (SAP, DMR, Saleforce, etc)

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,400 – $168,400.
