Executive Operation Services

Role Purpose

To plan and monitor the overall function of Central Store in supporting other units in the warehouse in terms of equipment and materials.

Key Accountability

  • To ensure all unserviceable equipment to be sent to maintenance for repair and all others equipments are in good condition
  • To manage stock of materials for cargo is ample to support operations needs
  • To plan for equipment distribution to the affected units in case of equipment downtime to minimize disruption to operations
  • To ensure all records related to equipment and material are correctly maintained and to prepare required reports

Qualification & Experience

  • SPM
  • Pass in subject Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • 1 year experience in driving

Skills & Knowledge

  • Works independently with low monitoring
  • Knowledgeable in managing stock of item
  • Basic knowledge on CAAM, Airlines and other regulatory requirements

Key Challenges

  • Ensuring stock is always available for operating needs
