We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Officer to join our dynamic team at Dr. Scent. As a Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for handling the transportation and distribution of our fragrance products while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport scent solutions to designated delivery locations.
- Review delivery orders and verify product accuracy and quality before departure.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize and prepare products for delivery.
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes to optimize time management and meet delivery deadlines.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery receipts, logs, and any other relevant documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of traffic and transportation laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in product handling and delivery documentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
