Key Responsibilities:
Maximize sales performance and deliver good quality service standards
Manage the retail staff by delivering excellent quality of services and professional product knowledge
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Lead a team of retail staff to achieve company targets
Plan and organize staff duty roster efficiently
Oversee store visual display that in line with global standard and guidelines
Monitor stock, carry out stock-take exercise regularly
Other Requirements: -
At least 8 years’ retail experience of which 3 years’ in supervisory level
Strong sense in sales and KPI performance
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Strong business sense and leadership skills
Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
