Job Mission:
Act as an orchestrator to partner with the global, regional and local teams on designing and deploying retail initiatives and experience into daily operation, to uphold the image, people and service to the standard of the House, and as an influencer to elevate the retail operation, retail innovation, and operation efficiency under the HKMO fashion ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate with global and regional teams to drive and animate the retail initiatives in the boutique;
  • Anticipate, design and deploy local retails initiatives includes tools, services and processes, according to the priority of the House and the need of the boutique, to elevate client and employee experience;
  • Lead and design an all-rounded and systematic operation framework for conducting a holistic review on the existing and future operational processes in all Fashion boutiques across the HKMO market; Drive, develop, plan and implement the retail excellence initiative for HKMO by leveraging the client centric and data driven mindset;
  • Enhance the existing operating procedure in a continuous manner to stay relevant, while ensuring the compliance of policies, procedures, and standards;
  • Formulate operation guideline and best practice to support the boutique;
  • Safeguard the consistency of operation and practices in all Fashion boutiques across the HKMO market;
  • Partner with boutique management and other departments to address operational need and issues;
  • Drive sustainability, occupational health & safety, and risk management, in retail and boutique day-to-day operation;
  • Change Management & Communications: Act as a change agent by identifying relevant stakeholders, devise and execute change management and communications plan accordingly to ensure smooth transition

Academic / Professional Qualifications / Work Experience
  • University graduate
  • 8-10 years of related work experience
  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skill
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, data analysis experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
  • A quick learner, self-motivated and driven
  • Confident, collaborative, organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility
  • Strong English and Chinese writing and communication capability
  • Excel in Excel and PowerPoint.
