We are looking for a dynamic Frontline Recruiter to join the Recruiting team and drive talent acquisition within K-C North America. With the mindset of a strategic talent advisor, you will influence and collaborate with hiring managers, at all leadership levels, to bring in top talent to their openings. To do this, you will build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships (internal and external), demonstrate excellent business acumen, have strong written and oral communication skills, and excel in stakeholder management.
This is a remote role, and this person may be located anywhere in the United States.
In this role you will:

Execute full life cycle recruiting tactics to include developing search strategy, sourcing, and interviewing.
Screens candidates for qualifications, availability, interest level and salary.
Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, HR and centers of expertise (COE)
Drive continuous process improvement of the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process that results in a cost effective and candidate centric experience.
Utilize CRM and ATS to manage candidate communication, track candidate activities, and report on metrics.
Leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies.
Meets or exceeds industry performance benchmarks for time to fill, cost per hire, customer satisfaction and quality of hire metrics. Monitors progress against these metrics and makes suggestions for process improvements.
Keep informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Educate our customers on recruiting best practices and talent market trends.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in an environment where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience or similar function
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a matrixed corporate environment.
- Proficient in Workday Recruiter
- Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
