Designs curriculum and delivers systems training to enhance proficiency and data accuracy. Maintains and updates desktop procedures, knowledge management, and scripts. Reviews operations and workflows, and identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities.Job Description:
This role has a work from home opportunity and candidate must live in one of the following states:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Thorough knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated technology systems (Lawson, Hyland OnBase, Reporting Systems).
Thorough knowledge of one or more HR applications (Lawson, Hyland OnBase) specific to personnel data administration and reporting, and how data may be inter-related.
Ability to assess and identify training needs.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and issues.
Familiar with instructional design.
Familiar with process improvement methods.
Ability to read, comprehend, and apply policies and procedures to operations.
Ability to learn and understand workflows, processes and concepts quickly.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Ability to prioritize workload and to complete assignments accurately and timely
Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to present information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.

Pay Range: $37.86 - $56.79 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
