Customer Solutions Mgr-Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment [United States]


 

The Customer Solutions Manager CPFR will serve as the customer facing supply chain subject matter expert for key retailers supporting all routes to consumer, including DSD, e-commerce and Warehouse.

As part of the NAOU Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain team, this position will collaborate with CCO sales teams, key business operations and independent bottlers to develop and execute joint Customer and Coca-Cola initiatives that drive revenue, improve efficiencies, and meet customer expectations of the Coca-Cola Commitment.

Location: This role is remote, but the candidate needs to be located in Arkansas.

What You’ll Do for Us

    Analyze DC/store-level inventory and using customer’s proprietary data systems to forecast and meet customer In-Stock and OTIF (On-Time/In-Full) objectives.

  • Gain alignment between customer and internal stakeholders on sales forecast and customer’s replenishment system settings

Analysis Requirements

  • Analyze and make adjustments to the Customer-level forecast on a 3-week to 17-week horizon to ensure forecast accurately represents expected sales. Expectation of 95-98% accuracy.

  • Identify current or future risks to maintaining high in-stocks/OSA and recommend or execute interventions to protect the shelf.

  • Detailed analysis of inventory and inventory pipeline, with clear indication of potential problems or opportunities.

  • For constrained supply or allocations, the CPFR leaders analyze and manage the best approach for use of available inventory – to include specific customer settings that determine orders.

  • Extensive OTIF analysis to identify biggest service opportunities.

  • Communicate progress on key customer scorecard measures to all internal and customer stakeholders, with root causes and recommend action plans for improvement (In-stock, In-full, On-time, etc.)

  • Build new capabilities to analyze customer replenishment data more effectively and efficiently.

  • Manage limited supply and allocation process with customer (buyer/replenishment and category manager) and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Sales and with the Customer on event/promotion strategies and system execution approach. Maintain strong relationships with Buyer, Category management, replenishment and supply chain.

  • Update Customer forecasts and share detailed Customer POS and Order forecasts back with internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with Supply Chain and OTC to build and execute plans that improve overall service and supply chain efficiency.

  • Ensure/Validate correct customer and internal set-up for new items, discontinued items, and expanded distribution.

  • Support and develop tools that enable Coca-Cola bottlers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels with the Customer

  • Actively participate in Customer meetings, representing any in-stock or inventory risks or opportunities. Effectively influence the Customer to ensure the right level of inventory is available for shelf or promotions.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Degree/Program certification for Customer Collaborative Planning & Forecasting.

  • Three years of retail customer supply chain experience (examples include sales forecasting, supply planning, logistics & transportation, Customer Service)

  • Demonstrated bias toward leveraging latest technologies to modernize current replenishment practices

  • Skilled translation and presentation of data into concise, pragmatic and relevant replenishment recommendations

  • Well-developed communication and influencing skills with a proven history of building healthy relationships that drive results
