Description: Anesthesiology Services Network is at present looking to employ Practice Director right now, this position will be reside in Ohio. Anesthesiology Services Network is looking for an experienced Practice Director to help manage and grow our exceptional anesthesia practice. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Financial Management including accounting, financial reporting and analysis and payroll - Human Resources including recruitment and retention of staff and benefits management - Strategic and business planning development and implementation - Contract Negotiations for insurance companies, hospital and vendors - Creation/implementation of industry relevant metrics - Develop/maintain strong business relationships with employees, physicians, and hospital administration

Desired Skills and Expertise - Bachelors in Business Management or health related management required; Masters preferred - 3-5 years in Healthcare leadership role; 5-7 years in management leadership role - Experience in Medical Practice operations preferred - Anesthesia specialty management experience preferred - Strong problem solving skills - Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) - Professional communication skills required - Excellent organizational skills, wit! h ability to multitask - Adaptable, with strong customer servi! ce skills
