Provides care to pediatric through geriatric patients under the direction of an RN and / or Physician in the Intra Operative and E! ndoscopic phases utilizing experience, knowledge of equipment and instrumentation to ensure the best possible outcomes. Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist / CRNA and RN continuously. Participates in performance improvement activities.
Assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory. Assesses operating room equipment functioning and readiness, obtains supplies for individual procedures and ensures all appropriate needs of surgical operating team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure *khncb2012*
